The PCOA Inspection and Monitoring Unit is tasked to re-inspect the Area, that has participated in the TOPS Competition, to determine if commitments for improvement are fulfilled.
The Dr. the Hon. Marshall Hall Award, which is in honour of a former PCOA Member as well as staunch TOPS supporter, is presented to the station or division which shows the most improvement in this last phase of the TOPS Programme.
So far, re-inspections have been conducted in Area 5, Area 4 and Area 3.
